Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activity

You must not use the service to:

• Break the law, or store material that is illegal to possess in your jurisdiction.
• Store or distribute malware, credential dumps obtained unlawfully, or material intended to facilitate unauthorised access to systems.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or surveil another person, including documenting a person for the purpose of harming them.
• Attempt to breach our security, bypass rate limits or usage quotas, or probe infrastructure outside the scope of our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
• Resell or white-label the service except under a written agreement that permits it.

Encrypted content

We cannot read encrypted vault content, so enforcement relies on reports, metadata signals, and legal process. That limitation does not make prohibited use permitted, and we act on credible reports.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, restrict a feature, suspend the account, or terminate it. We give notice and an opportunity to respond where doing so is lawful and does not risk harm to others. Serious matters may be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse to abuse@synthesiscyber.app with as much detail as you can provide. Reports involving an immediate risk to a person are prioritised.
