14-day refund window
New paid subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment, for any reason. Email billing@synthesiscyber.app from your account address and we will process it without requiring a justification.
Renewals
We email a renewal reminder at least 7 days before each annual renewal. If an annual renewal is charged and you contact us within 14 days without having used the paid features in that period, we will refund it.
What is not refundable
Partial months on monthly plans, periods where the paid features were substantially used, and accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy are not refundable. Enterprise agreements follow their own written terms.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer. Taxes collected are refunded proportionately. Statutory rights that give you a stronger position are unaffected by this policy.
