Agreement
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details, verify your email address, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher.
Your content
You retain all rights in the content you store. You grant us only the limited licence necessary to transmit, store, and back up that content so the service can function. Because vault content is encrypted on your device, our access is limited to ciphertext.
Encryption and recovery
The zero-knowledge vault is designed so that we cannot read or recover your encrypted content. If you lose your master password and your recovery kit, that content is permanently unrecoverable. You accept this trade-off when you enable the vault, and you are responsible for safeguarding your recovery kit.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and publish real-time status, but except where an Enterprise agreement states otherwise the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. No security product eliminates risk, and we make no claim that use of the service will prevent any particular compromise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical. On termination you may export your data for 30 days before deletion proceeds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
