Minimum age
The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. Where the age of digital consent in your country is higher than 16, that age applies.
Family use
Our Family Safety content is written for parents and caregivers, not for children. It does not require a child to have an account or provide any data about them.
If we learn of an underage account
We disable it and delete the associated personal data promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has created an account can contact privacy@synthesiscyber.app and we will act within 7 days.
Education deployments
Schools using the platform with students below the applicable age must obtain parental consent and enter into a data processing agreement with us before deployment.
