Designated agent

Notices should be sent to the designated agent at dmca@synthesiscyber.app, or by post to Synthesis Cyber Technologies, Legal Department, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Notice requirements

A valid notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material and enough information to locate it.
• Your contact information.
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the claimant files an action.

Misuse

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law.
