Infrastructure
Application hosting, database, authentication, and object storage are provided by our managed cloud platform, which processes account data and encrypted content on our behalf. Content delivery and edge execution run on the same platform's global network.
Payments
Stripe and Razorpay process payments and hold the billing details required to do so. They act as independent controllers for their own compliance obligations.
Communication and support
Transactional email delivery and our support ticket system process the email address and message content needed to reach you.
Measurement
Privacy-respecting analytics and error monitoring receive truncated IP addresses and diagnostic data only after you consent. Neither receives vault content, which is not readable by us.
Notice of changes
We give business customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Subscribe at privacy@synthesiscyber.app to receive those notices.
