Cycles and proration
Subscriptions bill in advance monthly or annually. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you retain what you paid for.
Tax
Prices are exclusive of tax unless stated. GST is applied to Indian customers and VAT or local sales tax is applied where required, based on the billing address and any tax identifier you supply. Registered businesses can add a GSTIN or VAT number, which appears on the invoice.
Invoices
An invoice is generated automatically for every successful payment and is available as a PDF in Settings, Billing. Invoices include the legal entity, tax breakdown, and payment reference required for accounting.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry on a schedule over 14 days and notify you at each attempt. Paid features remain active during this window. If all attempts fail the account reverts to the Free plan; your data is not deleted as a result of a failed payment.
Payment providers
Payments are processed by Stripe and Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers; card data is handled by the provider under their PCI DSS obligations.
