Entitlements
Each plan grants a defined set of features, storage, and seats, published on the Pricing page. Entitlements are enforced by the application and may be adjusted with notice as plans evolve; changes that reduce an entitlement do not apply to your current paid period.
Usage limits
When you approach a storage or item limit we notify you in the application. Exceeding a limit prevents new items being added but never deletes existing data or blocks export.
Fair use
Unlimited entitlements are subject to fair use consistent with normal individual or team activity. Automated bulk activity that degrades service for others may be rate limited, and we will contact you before taking any action beyond that.
Seats
Business seats are per named user and may not be shared. Adding a seat mid-period is charged prorated; removing a seat credits the next invoice.
