Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Settings, Billing. There is no cancellation fee, no retention call, and no requirement to contact support.
When access ends
Paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. At that point the account reverts to the Free plan rather than being closed.
Data after cancellation
All data remains readable and exportable for 30 days. After 30 days, content that exceeds Free plan limits becomes read-only for a further 30 days and is then removed. We send reminders before each stage.
Trials
Cancelling a trial takes effect immediately and no charge is made. Trials do not convert automatically unless you have added a payment method and confirmed the subscription.
