End User License Agreement

Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the client application for your own use or your organisation's internal business use.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or make the software available to third parties as a service.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices.
• Use the software to build a competing product.

Updates

Updates may be delivered automatically and are covered by this agreement. We may discontinue support for older versions with reasonable notice.

Termination

This licence ends if you breach its terms or when your subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the software; your right to export your data during the periods described in the Cancellation Policy is unaffected.
